Important Dates: - Class Photo on Monday, 25 September - Individual Photos on Tuesday, 26 September - Grade 3 Assembly on Friday, 29 September From Marcelo: On Monday, we did our MAP test and we did not have our Morning Meeting. I think the MAP tests were alright and I tried my best. We also started our ELA Stations. My favorite station was the Grammar Station where we used the Thesaurus. From David: On Wednesday and Thursday, we worked on our Travelling Tales project. We all worked together and there wasn't just one person doing all the work and telling people what to do. At the start, I felt a little embarrassed, but then it went away because I thought the final project was so good. My favorite ELA station was partner reading. From Lucja: Our Math MAP test was kind of hard, but I tried my best. In Art class, we're working on oil pastels and painting. I making a drawing of the Solar System. We also did the Travelling Tales and I feel really proud of myself because it was a big project. From Denis: On Friday, we started off with Math and we found many different ways to make numbers. In Music, we played on recorders. Next time in Music, we're going to work on a song for a Yellow Belt. In the afternoon, we started planning for our assembly. From Jan: My favorite part of this week, was recording our voices for the Travelling Tales. It was exciting and fun! We are looking forward to seeing the final project next week. Happy Friday!!!
