Week 16 - Dec. 12-16

Happy Holidays to All!!

We wish everyone safe travels and a joyous time with family and friends.  We're looking forward another great semester in 2017.

Students are encouraged to keep practicing, reading, and challenging themselves over the break.  There will be an opportunity to share  experiences when we return the week of January 9th.  

Tuesday's concert was a lovely performance!

​This week in Math, we continued with elapsed time and measurement.  We also made our first non-fiction writing using our own knowledge and new information from our research.  
​

​We had so much fun on Thursday with our class party!!  Many thanks to our room parents for all they did to make it so much fun!  We had relay races, a snowman contest, Secret Santa, and, lots & lots of yummy food.

Today ways Yumiko's last day with us.  We took some time to celebrate her and wish her and her family well in their new location.
